-project design proposals in line with feasibility, business plan and budget

-review designs by evaluating aesthetics, value, practicality and functionality

-generate alternatives for more economical solutions where possible

-check status of building plans submission

-following up with authorities

-monitor preparation of construction documents and work programs

-obtaining BP approval

-attending tender interview and tender award

-site possesion meeting

-site monitoring

-handlings claims and payments

-coordinating for CF applications; including authorities' inspections

-handing over vacant possesion
